Ulbrich’s role as the First Sergeant in the 302 Fighter Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, was to advise commanders on the readiness, health, morale, welfare, and quality of life of Airmen and families to ensure a mission-ready force. As a First Sergeant his job was people, and it was the best job he ever had.
Ulbrich is the also the president of the Southwest Veterans Chamber of Commerce. He sees his role at the chamber of still helping people both in business and veteran support causes.
With Carl’s training from American Forces Radio and Television Services and college he was able to start and operate his own marketing company for the last 28 years – Jireh Communications
Bob Zimmerman
Vice President
Bob grew up in North Dakota on his family’s grain and dairy farm. After two years in college, he served in the US Army from 1970-1972. He received Medical Corpsman training and was ultimately assigned to the Headquarters Company of the 7th Medical Brigade, a Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (MASH unit), located near Stuttgart, Germany. After military service, he returned to ND State University and graduated with a degree in Animal Science and Agricultural Economics. He was employed with the US Department of Agriculture in the farm and rural lending division. He was with USDA for over 32 years serving at several locations, with the last eight years in Washington, D.C.

Marcy Reneau

Marcy her husband joined the Veterans Club in 2019 and has been a sponsor of the Veterans Dinner for the last two years. Marcy’s husband proudly served in the Navy from 1987-1989 and is putting her skill set to good use as club secretary. She has worked as a litigation paralegal/office manager for over 30 years in Washington State and is a licensed Realtor in Arizona. She loves our community and is very involved in it. Marcy and her husband enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
Randy Weiland

In 1965, Randy joined the United States Coast Guard. After Boot Camp, he was sent to Alaska on a Coast Guard cutter for search rescue and enforcing the 3-mile fishing limit on the Bering Sea. Randy then attended fire control school at the San Diego Naval Training Centre and then spent his last three years in Hawaii. After Honolulu, he performed weather patrols in the middle of the Pacific. That’s where he became a golden dragon. Randy will always be a coastguard’s man, Semper Paratus.
Kevin Trovini
Activates Director
A 20-year military Veteran, served about 9 years in the U.S. Air Force (Dec 1980-Feb 1990) as an F-16 avionics electronics repair specialist for the US Air Force (SSgt), and 11 years in the Navy’s Medical Service Corps as a Healthcare Administrator (Feb 1990-Dec 2000). Kevin specialized in Information Technology and retired at Great Lakes, Chicago as the Chief Information Officer for the Great Lakes Naval Hospital (Lieutenant) in Dec. 2000.
Kevin is married to my high school sweetheart Susanne for 45 years.
He is an active REALTOR and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with active licenses in AZ and MI.
Moved into Westbrook Village in May of 2023, from Highland, MI.
Kevin enjoys sports, fishing, yard work, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
